Rave Review

Melissa’s value was immeasurable. Not only did she help with the tactics of getting my brand, company, and content launched but she was an invaluable thought partner. We wouldn’t have been able to launch without her and do so with the credibility and success that we did. She has laid the foundation for our company in terms of our ideal customer, unique value, and how we communicate that effectively to the right people. I absolutely loved working with her, full stop.

Fit is important

Strong relationships are respectful, reciprocal, and rooted in shared values and goals. The work we do together should be positive and productive on both sides of the table, and I take great care to partner with clients who are committed to the same experiences and outcomes.

It could be a good fit.

You already have a clearly defined product or service.

If you’re still figuring out what your business is, it’s too early for go-to-market. Knowing your product or service is and how your business model works is key here.

You have (or you're willing to hire) key resources to help you implement everything.

A strategy only works if you can effectively apply it. You need a few strong individual contributors or contractors who can help you maintain momentum after our project is wrapped. P.S. You can also bring me in as Fractional Head of Organic if we feel like it’s a mutual fit.

Key stakeholders are invested and willing to share and collaborate

I’ll need access to data, team perspectives, and as much context as possible to craft strategies and roadmaps that serve you well. Key stakeholders should expect to commit to 3-5 hours of discussion time throughout the process.

It's probably not a match.

You're still not sure what your business is.

Meaning you’re still testing different concepts and haven’t really figured out what you’re selling yet.

You're not sure how you'll implement any of this.

Look, there’s scrappy and moving quickly. And then there’s “we spent thousands on stuff we aren’t remotely prepared to use.” Make sure you can put all this stuff to good use so you get your money’s worth.

Key stakeholders are unavailable, misaligned, or skeptical of organic lead gen.

If there’s misalignment or even infighting on the team, there are bigger issues than lead gen. I want to help you, but I can only do so effectively if the team is open to this process.

Frequently asked questions

How does this all work?

I get to know your business, brand, and resources. Then I develop a complete package of guidelines, plans, and processes (and plenty of discussion time with me) so you can eliminate the guesswork and build your organic marketing program with confidence. I’ll present everything to the team, make myself available for plenty of Q&A, and ensure you’ve got what you need to execute.

What if we haven't started organic marketing yet?

Most of my clients are at zero when we start working together. As long as you’ve got a viable product or service and the fortitude to scale it, I can help you create the entire infrastructure of your organic program. Positioning, lead gen strategies, hiring roadmaps, marketing operations — I’ve done it all. I love to get creative, solve problems, and build.

What's the cost and commitment?

The entire package is $14,500 USD and it’s completed and delivered over a span of 4-6 weeks. This spacing ensures the team isn’t pulled away from their core work and that everyone has time to gain thorough understanding of the deliverables.

Stakeholders and key resources who will be asked to execute should expect to commit to a total of 3-5 hours of discussion or Q&A time throughout the project.
